Different types of professional materials (symposium, thematic/paper presentation, poster) may be submitted to the conference. Professional materials can only be submitted electronically after registration, on the designated page (Managing Professional Materials). Submitting professional materials – irrespective of their type and number of authors – will only be successful (and they will only be reviewed) if all the authors register on the conference website (Registration). A participant may be listed as first author no more than twice; additionally, he/she may serve as Chair of one symposium and as Discussant in one symposium. A symposium, a thematic/paper presentation or a poster can have a maximum of five authors.
