The registration fee includes the conference package, participation in the professional and networking programmes, morning refreshments, coffee and snacks during coffee breaks, lunch and dinner on Thursday and Friday, and lunch on the last day of the conference (Saturday).

Participation fees are in gross pricing.

Participants are required to transfer the participation fee to the bank account of the Diverse Youth Network (our administrative partner) by the payment deadline, but no later than 5 March 2026.
 
An invoice for the participation fee will be issued to all participants. The invoice details must be entered after logging in to the online registration area, under "Login, Registration", in the "Invoice details" section. All participants must enter the required data on the interface of this website by 5 February 2026. The invoice will be sent electronically by 10 February 2026 to the e-mail address provided in the invoice request details and will contain all the necessary information for the transfer of the participation fee. When sending the invoice, please indicate the invoice number in the "Notices" field.
 
If co-authors named in uploaded abstracts wish to participate in the conference, they are also required to pay the registration fee.
